Welcome to Luxe Lingeries. When you use luxelingeries.net or place an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is confirmed once we verify it with you, usually by WhatsApp or SMS. We may cancel an order if stock runs out, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. In that case we inform you and return any payment in full.

Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Prices and promotions can change without notice, but the price at the time of your order always applies. Delivery charges appear at checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Products and colors

We photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colors can still look slightly different on different screens. You can find measurements on each product page and in our Size Guide.

Returns

Our Refund & Returns Policy covers all returns and exchanges. In short: you have 7 days, and items must be unworn with tags and hygiene liners intact.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photos, and branding, belongs to Luxe Lingeries. Please do not copy or use it commercially without permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim related to an order stays limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms do not limit your rights under the consumer protection laws of Pakistan.

Governing law

The laws of Pakistan govern these terms. Any dispute falls under the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
